Nice little and quiet hotel with WELCOMING staff who are incapable of providing the correct room booking or offering adequate customer service. My double room had a balcony and climate control. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Kusadasi.

Beautiful little and great property with very attentive employees who are incapable of providing the correct room booking or offering adequate customer service. A wide array of good food. Quiet and ideal location easy to get to the beach and nice quiet area.

I stayed at Demir Suit for 3 days and loved every minute. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view and balcony. The hotel has a nice pool and is in a peaceful location, yet still close enough to walk to town. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was superb with a variety of delicious options. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel, I highly recommend this place.

Demir Suit Hotel provided excellent value for money. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and had a lovely view of the sea. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of high-quality food to suit every taste.

We enjoyed a fantastic location, as it was close to the marina and in the city center. the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the surroundings. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was satisfactory. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was a delightful spread of local treats. the pool and other facilities were top of the line.
The hotel lacked sufficient lighting on the terrace, making it somewhat difficult to see during evening hours.
